R. Wayne Pace, professor emeritus of organizational leadership at Brigham Young University, has served as president of the Academy of Human Resource Development and of the International Communication Association.
Wayne has served as a high councilor, stake director of teacher development, and councilor in a bishopric. He and his wife, Gae, are the parents of six children, several grandchildren, and a few great-grandchildren.
